NaPatalung—–Sompop, “Bob”, 72, went home to be with his Lord on August 21st 2019 at 12:30 am. He passed peacefully at his home in Billings, MT with his family by his side.
He leaves behind his daughter Pear and Son-in-law Doug McMillan, as well as his son Pete NaPatalung. He also leaves behind his three grandsons: Dominic McMillan age 13, Dillon McMillan age 12, and Dallas McMillan age 5. Bob also leaves behind his siblings: Older brother Prathan Na-Patalung and older sister Arunrat Elmore; younger brothers Prateeb Na-Patalung, Prakodgarn Na-Patalung, Sawang Na-Patalung, Tawee Na-Patalung, and younger sister Wattana Gumnurdsiri.

He is proceeded in death by his Father Dang and Mother Intana Na-Patalung and also by his youngest brother Taweesak Na-Patalung.

Born and raised in Nakornsritammarat, Thailand; son of Dang and Intana Na-Patalung; Bob was a resident of Thailand for 52 years and a resident of the U.S.A. for 20 years.
In a mostly Buddhist country, the Na-Patalungs were strong Christians, worshiped the God of the Bible and studied the Word of God at Bethlehem Church in Nakornsritammarat, Thailand. Bob was a third generation Chirstian.

Bob attended and graduated High School at the Sritammarat Wittaya School. He also graduated from Bangkok College and from Eagle Ministires Intl.
Bob held many different positions and jobs throughout his life: Disco DJ, Cruise Ship waiter, small business owner, restaurant owner and manager, and sales associate. He spent many hours volunteering at his local church.

He had a strong passion for cooking food for others and for eating good foods. Bob loved photography and had an eye for taking great photos. He also loved listening to music.
He became a citizen of the U.S.A. in November of 2016.

A memorial service will be held on September 17th at 4 pm at the Heights Family Funeral Home in Billings, MT on Wicks Ln. Reception to follow.
