Patricia would like everyone to know her time here is done. She flew with the Angels on September 4, 2019 surrounded by Family. This journey comes with a big sign on bonus, a reunion with Family and Friends she has not seen in a long while. Her new mission will take her to a wonderful place where she will be doing all the baking, reading, gardening, arts & crafts, dancing, and might even speed skate a few rounds to her hearts content. Music, singing, laughter, and love are guaranteed. Food is delicious so keep on cooking for your Family and Friends. She left detailed instructions for her children to celebrate her mission, which has now been completed in her life. Low adherence to this instruction will not be tolerated. Just like “Mom” to give us a talk while she is with the Angels.

We want to let her know she did a great job with us kids and wish her a safe journey. We will remember her smile, her warmth, her energy, her love for life, and importantly her love for Family and Friends. She had so many people whom became Family through her love of friendships. She worked very hard all her life, up until the very end. She made a difference in the lives of so many.

She is preceded in death by her parents Edgar and Marie Cloud, her brother Harold Cloud, and her ex-husband William Kelly. She is survived by her children: Julia of Alabama, Bill (Linda) of Billings, James (Kathy) of Brunswick GA, R. Louis Kelly of Billings, Colleen (Ty) Bunnell Palmer, NE, and Lori Goldsmith of Earleville, MD. Special recognition, she was there for the Family to help with Mom, adopted daughter: Jamie DeVille. She is survived by 25 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Also survived by her sister Lucille Kennedy of New Castle, DE and brother Randall (Matty) Cloud of Newark, DE.

As per her wishes, there will be a private celebration on the Pryor Mountains with her ashes. That date and time to be determined with the Family. However, there will be a Memorial Service held at 2:00PM on Sunday, September 15th at the North Park Community Center on 6th Ave. N & N. 19th St. We would like to share some of the best memories you have of Patricia at that time in the mountains. Please take a moment and share your story to As expressions of sympathy instead of flowers the Family would appreciate donations to Eva Project which can be placed through
